The magic transportation vehicle has the following features:

Crystals. Powering this vehicle are 3 arcane crystals. Each Crystal holds 1 spell slot of third level. A magic user can suck the energy out of one crystal deducting 50 hit points to the vehicle but the magical user can use that third level spell, DM can choose the first spells in the crystals will be but after that, a magic user can put one of their spells in it and use it when the time calls. Typically the Vehicle will run on 1 crystal per speed level. One crystal is 50 hit points if one crystal is destroyed, the pilot cannot go faster than the speed, "normal" if two are destroyed the pilot cannot go faster then the speed, "slow" and if all crystals are destroyed, the transport vehicle shuts off and falls if it is above ground level. To restore these magical crystals a magical user or a magical scroll of 3rd level or higher must be sacrificed to restore the vehicles crystal.
