Magic Missile Storm (5e Spell)

On the first turn, you begin the incantation and movements necessary for the spell and forfeit your bonus action and movement doing so. The Spellcaster must maintain Concentration for this, otherwise the spell will fail and the slot is wasted.
On the second turn, the spell caster designates a cylinder area of 20 feet radius, 40 height within 200 feet and out in the open. All enemies in said area must pass a Dexterity save or take 5d8 plus Caster's spell-casting ability modifier in Force damage, or half if they passed the test. Like Magic Missiles, this can be blocked by the Level one Shield Spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6 or higher, the caster can choose to expand the area of damage by 5ft in both directions per spell slot, or increase the damage by 1d8 per spell slot
