This long sword looks like any normal long sword but has symbols of luck on one side of the sword and on the other bad luck, when you roll something considered "bad luck" the half of the bad luck glows bright red and if you roll something considered "good luck" the half of the good luck part glows bright green.

Chaotic Implant. You can use an action to plant this sword into the ground. When you do, roll for a random effect from the table provided below.

1d10 Effect
1-2 M.I.M.O. explodes in a 10 foot radius sphere. Each ceature in that radius must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw. On a fail, the creature takes 5d10 radiant damage. On a success, the creature takes half damage.
3-4 A random creature must make DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or become blinded.
5-6 A random creature takes 1d10 radiant damage.
7-8 A random creature must make a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or have its ac reduced by 2 until the end of its next turn.
9-10 A random creature must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution Saving Throw or be Paralyzed until the end of its next turn.
