Lingering Wound (4e Feat)

Lingering Wound [General]
Damage, over time, has built up to a point where it permanently effects you. You cover it up to the best of your ability, but your'll never be as healthy as you once were.
Prerequisite: Level 21
Benefit: Your current HP can never be higher than your bloodied value.
Special: Your Temp HP can stack up to your bloodied value.
|Surface Healing||Feat Power|
|You wrap healing powers around you, shielding you from harm.|
|Trigger: You would gain Hit Points.|
|Effect: You instead gain Temporary Hit Points of equal value.|
