All creatures with 5 feet of you must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7d6 lightning damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
Lightning Strike. As an action, you may spend one charge to call lightning down upon a creature you can see that is within 120 feet of you. That creature must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw, taking 7d10 lightning damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one.
