Ring, artifact (requires attunement)

A legend tells of an ancient mortal who created the essence of fire. Fearing how it could be used, he attempted to seal it inside of a ring that was buried with him when he died.

Ikonor's Flame. You can use an action to activate the ring and cause flames to envelop 5 creatures or objects that you can see. Targeted creatures must succeed a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 10d12 fire damage. On a successful save, they take half damage. Any flammable object worn or carried by a target is ignited.
