Heritage Rebuke (5e Spell)

When attacked, you explode in hellish black flames, which continue burning for a while, then you reappear from the shadows up to 20 feet away.
The creature that damaged you must make a Dexterity saving throw. The creature takes 1d6 fire damage and 1d6 necrotic damage and then takes an additional 1d4 fire damage and 1d4 necrotic damage at the start of their next turn taking half damage on a successful save and full damage on a failure. In addition you may choose an unoccupied space within 20ft of you and you can appear in that space appearing to burn to ashes in your previous space and rise in your new space, you still take all damage from the attack which allowed you to activate this spell.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the second instance of damage increases by 1d4 fire and 1d4 necrotic for each slot level above 2nd.
