Three sets of teeth, symbolizing three hungers

Unaligned
Domains: Void

Graghk is the Void personified. People made this entity out of their own fear as they watched Shard Ne'Vaal crumble as the world they once knew was swallowed into the mysterious nothingness that is the Void. There are numerous depictions of this being, who has never been seen, even by the cultists who claim to worship it. It is said Graghk defies forms, being nothing. Since there are three orbs which constitute the Void, it is believed they are the entity's eyes or even mouths. So some call it The Three Hungers instead of invoking the horrible name. Graghk is ultimately an unknown, but what is sure that the Void will one day swallow the rest of the shards, and the world will be done with as it was known.

  • Indiscrimination: Devour everything.
  • All-Encompassing: Nothing escapes the Void.
  • Inescapable: It is inevitable.

Description[edit]

Graghk has had numerous depictions, some which show it to be some sort of atropal-like creature. But it is much stronger than some failed deity, as it is the nothingness which devours everything itself. The most common depictions show it as a being with no eyes and only three oral orifices, some on the head, and other times on other parts of the body.

Woshipers[edit]

While there are the cultists and acolytes who claim to follow Graghk, they have never had contact with the being. There is no true cleric for Graghk. There is no exchange of energy that they gain from worshiping the Void. But it is a hopelessness that has pervaded their minds after seeing the destruction of their world which entreats them to feed it with sacrifices mindlessly.

The Ultimate Endgame[edit]

Graghk is meant to be the final hurdle of all heroes in Shard Ne'Vaal.

Prayers and Rites[edit]

Cults dedicated to the Void conduct grisly sacrifices in the name of Graghk, claiming to feed lives and flesh to the being. Viable sacrifices are usually humanoids, or at least beings with a skeletal structure and blood and flesh. These ritualistic killings usually start with disemboweling the victim whilst alive, and ripping out their digestive tract. Then they ceremoniously crack off the maxillary bone of the skull so that the jaw and the upper palate can be removed like a pair of dentures.
