Deals low freeze damage and medium freeze severity on impact. It can be used to freeze enemies, slowing them down significantly and making them more susceptible to impact damage.
- Deals +1d6 frost damage, Con save 10 (+3 per Freeze Arrow HZD that has hit the creature this turn) if fail -5 movement speed and -2 AC from metal (shields then armor) for 30 seconds.
- If movement speed is reduced to 0 this way the creature is paralyzed for a minute.
