As part of your technique you are just inherently stupid -5 to Intelligence and Wisdom scores and their maximums.
Lapse Technique
The effect’s from this technique will last for 1 minute and end early if you are forced to vomit the crayon or if you consume a different colour the effect will end and be replaced by the new colour. If you take damage to the torso or damage equivalent to ¼ your maximum hit points you must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 30 - Charisma modifier, on a success nothing happens, on a failure you puke up the last eaten crayon immediately ending the effect

Kitty Thief Technique[edit]

Your technique is based around becoming invisible and moving fast, very useful for a thief or anyone wanting to do mischievous things. Starting at 1st level, you are capable of giving yourself “Zagreus's Blessing” for 5 cursed energy, turning yourself completely invisible and doubling your movement speed for 1 minute. If you attack anyone or get attacked while under “Zagerus’s Blessing” it will immediately end. While invisible you also gain advantage on stealing any loose items on someone's person due to them well… being unable to see you and not expecting you, this is also lost if the person has cursed energy tracker or is aware of your presence through other means. Anyone attempting to see you while in this state must attempt to sense your cursed energy and gets disadvantage on doing so if you have cursed energy concealer, this is rectified if they have cursed energy tracker or can see the outline of you through other means, e.g. smoke in the air exposing the outline of your form or blindsight.
Lapse Technique At 3rd level, you have figured out your technique has an offensive use as well, generating money on your enemies that you can steal to deal more damage with your attacks. Whenever you attack someone using cursed energy, coins are generated off of them, these coins are not actual GP instead being a manifestation of your technique. All money earned this way only serves to empower your attacks via your technique and disappears once out of combat. Once you have accumulated enough coins you may spend coins to empower a single attack of your choice. this attack will gain benefits based on the amount spent.

Atomic Manipulation[edit]
Due to the sheer difficulty and skill it takes to manipulate atoms this way you must spend Double the amount of Cursed energy listed. Due to this Deficiency your reductions will also be affected resulting in features that give reductions being halved. E.g. 12 CE reduction will = 6 and half cost reduction will = quarter cost reduction. You will add reductions AFTER you double the cost(e.g. if your technique says 5 CE you spend 10 and if you have a reduction of 4 it becomes 6 rather than reducing the 5 by 6 =1 and doubling the result = 2)
As your life has been focused on mastering your technique, Your Physical Stats (Str, Dex and Const) have their scores reduced by 3 and so do their maximums, But in turn your Mental Stats (Int, Wis and Char) Have their scores increased by 3 and so do their maximums. If you choose the Int Wisdom or Char Peak of Sorcery your Stat max would hit 27 rather than 24 and Str, Dex and Const would hit max 21. For every 2 CE you spend above your Prof bonus added twice + your Charisma Mod added twice, you take 1d8 and will at higher levels of damage (30CE or so) start bleeding from your nose and other parts of your body.
Lapse Technique At first level you have learnt the basics of your atomic manipulation, as an action, you can take existing materials around you and spend up to half your Charisma mod (minimum 1), you form a shape out of Material or Substance out of that material if it is solid, if it is water the damage dice will be halved, if it is a gas it won't be able to do damage. Your Enemy rolls a Dexterity Saving throw against your Cursed Energy Save DC, On a failure they take damage equal to cursed energy spent in D8s (this doesn't include the double cost meaning 20 cursed energy won't = 20d8 it'll = 10d8). On a success they take half damage and any effect caused by the shape does not happen, or is reduced e.g. 2nd degree burns going to 1st degree. (at 3rd level the max you can spend is up to your Charisma mod, 7th is your Charisma mod + half your Charisma mod, 11 you can spend up to 2 times your Charisma mod, at 17th level you can spend up to your Charisma mod thrice, at 20th level you can spend up to your Charisma mod added 4 times) You can spend an additional 4 cursed energy on top of the original cost to make the spike or other object increase in size, 4 cursed energy per size class above tiny (Exponentially, 4 cursed energy to make small, 8 to make medium, 16 to make large, 32 to make Huge. So on So forth) This allows you to go all the way up to Colossal. You can build a lot out of what is around you, you are unable store the material for later use unless you have the Tokyo School feature. Your damage from spikes or shrapnel or any creations you make will not do more damage than specified in the technique. If something you wish to do doesn't fall under this, Refer to the DM to decide if you can do it or not. What damage it would do, and the effects you could cause with it. E.g. You combine Brick on a wall with a toxic substance near you such as death painting blood you could combine the two and send out a spike or other object with the blood on the tip doing the spikes damage and inflicting poison.
Extension Technique
If you touch an enemy or unwilling creature you have to roll an athletics check against their acrobatics or athletics (like grappling) to touch the creature. After touching them you can spend 6 Cursed energy and choose to add the buffs OR spend 12 and add 1 of the following list of De-buff's
