Esmira's Bulwark (5e Equipment)

Armor (Shield), rare (requires attunement) A gleaming shield emblazoned with the mark of a protective goddess which, when placed upon a surface and activated, will emit a small set of magical barriers on its sides. These barriers extend outward, forming a 15 ft. line of cover facing the direction of the operator who activates it. These magical barriers count as half cover, while the bulwark itself counts as three-quarters cover in the center. Activating and deactivating the Bulwark is a use an object action. Deployment. The Bulwark cannot be moved manually when deployed, and must be interacted with again to collapse its sides, reverting it to its basic shield state allowing it to be carried once more.
