Dracohybrid Lurker (5e Creature)
From D&D Wiki
Medium monstrosity (dracohybrid), unaligned
Armor Class 13
Skills Perception +4, Stealth +7
Lurker's Curse. The dracohybrid is invisible to creatures with a dragon's curse.
Two Heads. The dracohybrid has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks and on saving throws against being blinded, deafened, stunned, and knocked unconscious.
Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage and 5 (2d4) acid damage.
Dragon's Curse. The dracohybrid targets one creature it can see within 30 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 12 Wisdom saving throw against this magic or be cursed for 1 minute with a dragon's curse. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the Dragon's Curse of all dracohybrids for the next 24 hours.
See also Dracohybrids (5e Creature) Lithe and nimble, the dracohybrid lurkers keep to the shadows, relying on stealth to catch their enemies unaware. To those with the dragon's curse, however, they are entirely unseen, only felt by their jaws. In battle with dracohybrids, lurkers may be present at any time, just barely outside of notice.
