Classes (The Golden Tower)

Some classes are allowed, some are not. Please check this list to see if your class is on the "allowed" or "banned" list.


The following classes or prestige classes found in these books are allowed in The Golden Tower Setting:

  • Player's Handbook
  • Expanded Psionics Handbook
  • Forgotten Realms Campaign Setting (where applicable)
  • Eberron Campaign Setting (where applicable)
  • Complete Warrior
  • Complete Adventurer
  • Complete Arcane
  • Complete Divine
  • Complete Psionic
  • Miniatures Handbook

The following homebrewed classes are allowed for this campaign:

  • Warrior Nun (a female warrior priest, specializing in fiend-slaying)
  • Sun School Monk (a monk with ties to the sun and Street Fighter)


The following classes or prestige classes from these books are not allowed (i.e., banned) in The Golden Tower Setting, namely because I listed them in the Character Creation entry:

  • Player's Handbook II
  • Tome of Battle: the Book of Nine Swords
  • Book of Exalted Deeds
  • Book of Vile Darkness

(NOTE: If a book has not been mentioned it in either of these lists, the book is to be used at DM/GM discretion.)
