Weapon (longsword), legendary (requires attunement)

You gain a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. In addition, on a successful hit this weapon deals an additional 1d12 radiant damage. When it is in moonlight, the blade sheds light for 20 feet, and dim light for an additional 10 feet.

The Blade of the Moonwalker is a magical sword that rests in a secluded enchanted pool on the material plane. On the nights of the full moon, the moon's reflection becomes solid in the pool, and the weapon rests in its center. In addition, it cannot be removed until it has been attuned to. This requires a period of bonding with the weapon under the light of the moon.

This weapon is silvered, with various gemstones set into the handle in elaborate patterns - such as jets, pearls, opals, and amethysts. It weighs much lighter than would be expected - only 1 1/2 lb.

The wielder of the blade earns the title of "The Moonwalker," in accordance with the ancient legend.
