A bident is a spear with two prongs, as opposed to the trident's three. Like tridents, bidents are primarily used for fishing and hunting, but are also commonly made for the purposes of ceremony. The bident is associated with gods of the underworld, parallel to how tridents are associated with gods of the sea and spears are associated with gods of the sky.

Underwater Combat. Like other spear-like polearms, the bident can be used underwater without disadvantage.
