Atomic Bolt (5e Spell)

You conjure a devastating bolt of nuclear power at a target within range. A brightly green glowing bolt of energy flies towards a creature or object that you can see within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes 10d6 fire damage and 10d6 poison damage and must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is blinded and gains the poisoned condition. At the end of every 7 days afterwards, the creature can repeat its saving throw against this spell. If it succeeds on its saving throw, it is no longer blinded or poisoned. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this spell melts into a puddle of burning sludge, dying instantly. The heat generated by this sludge ignites or melts inflammable objects such as solid iron and stone as well as flammable objects.
