Wondrous item, rare (major) (requires attunement) This is an ornate silver necklace of fine make; probably crafted by the hand of an elven smith. Embedded in the necklace's amulet is an exceptionally fine moonstone, of a very rare slice able to harness magic associated with the moon. Moon Magic. The amulet of the moon holds up to 5 charges, 1d4 + 1 of which regenerate daily at midnight. While attuned to it, you may expend charges to cast the following spells without any material components: moonlight (0 charges) moonbeam bolt (0 charges) calder's starry sky (1 charge) eilistraee's moonfire (1 charge) moonbeam (2 charges) moon pulse (2 charges)
