Alice's Chaos Recall (5e Spell)

As a reaction, when you see a creature teleport to an unoccupied space within range, you melt away the gemstone component to fill that space with chaotic energy. The creature must make a Constitution saving throw. It takes 5d6 force damage on a failed save, or half as much on a successful one. If the creature fails this saving throw, it must make an additional Wisdom saving throw or be forced back into the space from which it dispersed.
