Over hill and dale, Zalma Silverfrond runs to and fro to experience the world about her and to spread the message of movement. The body in motion, she believes, is an expression of its parts working in concert. When the body moves, it works in harmony with the earth. Through this harmony --this order-- enlightenment can be achieved. It is her hope one day to move across the waters and the skies, as if they were solid ground. Truly, such an expression of order would lead more people towards the path of enlightenment she believes in.
