Yuki Onna are beautiful, alluring, and almost phantom-like in the appeal. They can only be female as their name translates to "Snow Women". Yuki Onna are derived from japanese lore and myth, but they can be any ethnicity. They usually appear in more regal outfits (Most fitting being Kimono) but any traditional wear suits their tastes the most. Their skin is always a pale, almost blue appearance, their eyes a attractive bright blue, their skin is cold to the touch, the temperature in which directly tying into their mood.
Yuki Onna are a type of Yokai, a Japanese monster or cursed being. There are a many ways for a Yuki Onna to come into being. Yuki Onna can be spirits of women, given new bodies to fulfill their purposes. They can also come into being from demons or even celestials. Others can simply come into the world as a child from the mother and father. Yuki Onna are emotional creatures. Legends about them range greatly. Some hear the rumors of women sapping the life from strangers in a Blizzard. Slowly sucking the life force from their victims and encasing their victims in a cold icy coffin. On the flip side there are Yuki Onna who live in peace, in their mountain territory content to live out their days. Even more rarely some venture out into the world, mingling with the other races and even finding husbands.
There is no real set Society of Yuki Onna. Due to their nature many tend to either venture out for exploration or stay in their own dark snow covered mountain. There are some very rare instants of Yuki Onna forming a sort of clan but these are few and far between. Peoples options about Yuki Onna tend to differ from person to person due to their nature as well. Some are excepting of them, because of their beautiful appearance and the stories they bring. Others dislike them due to the legends of attacks and disappearances. How justified they are depends on the area.

Female: Yuki Onna are creatures of Japanese origin. But any human name could work. Yuki, Kyōiku, Lotus, Kalt, Frío, Tōshō
Yuki Onna Traits
Ability Score Increase. Your Constitution score increases by 1
Age. Yuki Onna reach maturity at the same time as humans but stop aging in their mid 20s. They can live for up to a 1000 years.
Alignment. Yuki Onna are largely emotional beings so alignments can range from lawful good to chaotic evil
Size. Yuki Onna vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Your size is Medium.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
The Freezing. You are extremely cold to the touch. When touching any non-magical liquids they begin to freeze over, depending on the size and temperature of the body of water is how long it takes to freeze. As an action you can condense this ability to just the surface of the liquid to make it walk-able. This counts as difficult terrain.
Cold Born. You have resistance to cold damage, take no ill effects from cold environments, and ignore difficult terrain from Snow or Ice.
Cold Affinity. When you deal Cold damage to a creature you may count any 1s you roll as 3s. You know the ray of frost cantrip.
Languages. You can speak, read, and write Common and one other language of your choice.
Subrace. Yuki Onna's emotions large effect what type of power they have: Choose a subrace between Compassionate and Vengeful.
Vengeful Yuki Onna
Ability Score Increase. Your Wisdom score increases by 2
Hateful Ice. You can enhance your next melee weapon attack to deal an extra 1d8 cold damage. A creature hit must roll a Constitution saving throw equal to the damage they took or lose 10ft of speed for 3 rounds. You may use feature up to your Constitution modifier + 1, then finish a long rest before you can use this again.
Fearless. You have advantage against spell saves attempting to impose the frightened condition upon you.
Compassionate Yuki Onna
Ability Score Increase. Your Charisma score increases by 2
Saving Frost. As an action, you can touch a creature. The target magically regains 2d6 Hit Points and is freed from any poison, blindness, or deafness. You must finish a short rest before you can use this feature again.
Loyal. You have advantage against spell saves attempting to impose the charmed condition upon you.
