Keen Sight. The battlesuit has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Nova Charge. If XV104 Riptide Battlesuit hit points fall below 56, it may choose to do a nova charge, which allows it to double the number of attacks from its multiattack, however, at the end of its turn its hit points will drop to 0.

Failsafe Detonator when The battlesuit hit points reach 0, battlesuit make a dexterity saving throw with a CR of 20. If it passes, every entity within 10 feet of the the battlesuit must make a dexterity saving throw whit a DC of 24 or take 18d10 fire damage, half if they pass.

Counterfire Defence System. The battlesuit doesn't have disadvantage when using its range weapons with an opponent adjacent.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The battlesuit makes three attacks: two with its ion acelerator and one with its twin plasma rifle. If the battlesuit uses its Nova Charge, it makes six attacks: four with its ion acelerator and two with its twin plasma rifle.

Ion Accelerator. Range Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, range 250 ft., one target. Hit: 28 (2d20 + 7) force damage. Before making your attack action, you can decide to "overcharge" your weapon, If you do, each attack increases 11 (1d20) force damage and turns the attacks into a 10 X 10 foot area attacks, but, just after doings the attacks you must roll 1d4 and if you roll 1 the creature takes 17 (3d10) force damage.

Twin Plasma Rifle. Ranged Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, range 60 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d10 + 7) fire damage.

Punch. melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (1d20 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Weapon Option. the XV104 Riptide Battlesuit can have another weapon instead of his Ion accelerator, the Heavy burst cannon which gives him the following ability: select a 40 foot radius, within 150 feet. All entities within that radius must make a dexterity saving throw whit a dc of 20 or take 12d6 fire damage, half if they pass. If you use the Nova Charge ability this turn, you can make this attack twice. You can put both radius in the same spaces, and if an entity is inside both radius, the damage will be 24d6. If you choose this option, your multiattack will now allow you to use this weapon once and your Twin Plasma Rifle once (and both twice if you use the Nova Charge ability).


The XV104 Riptide Battlesuit is one of the most powerful battlesuits in the Tau Empire, piloted only by the Shas'vre Elite, heroes of the Empire. With its enormous size and firepower, it presents a fearsome force of the tau'va.
