Dark Devotion. The warlock has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.

Innate Spellcasting. The warlock's innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: detect magic, guidance, mage armor (self only), shillelagh
1/day each: heal, mass suggestion

Pact Magic. The warlock is a 10th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It regains expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following warlock spells:

Cantrips (at will): eldritch blast, green-flame blade, light, mage hand, sacred flame
1st-5th level (three 5th-level slots): cure wounds, dispel magic, elemental armor, greater restoration, hex, raise dead, revivify

Potent Cantrips. The warlock adds its Charisma modifier to the damage it deals with cantrips.

ACTIONS

Quarterstaff. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit (+6 with shillelagh), reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 1 (1d4 - 1) bludgeoning damage, or 8 (1d8 + 4) with shillelagh.

Eldritch Blast. Ranged Spell Attack: +6 to hit, range 120 ft., one or two targets. Hit: 9 (1d10 + 4) force damage.

Warlocks of the celestial forge their pacts with agents of the divine from the Upper Planes. These warlocks are driven to vanquish fiends and undead wherever they may appear and often associate with celestials and clerics, though others enact the dark plots of fallen angels and are enemies of the heavens.
