Android[edit]

Physical Description[edit]

An artificial being as you are, you yet resemble something purely of science fiction. You're actually pretty normal skin-deep. Androids at the skin level are relatively indistinguishable from a normal human. The innards are another story, where all their circuitry can differ from maker to maker's whim.

History[edit]

The android race in question was made specifically in the intergalactic reaches of space, where special minerals mined from asteroids, meteors and comets made the result utterly fantastic and different from existing androids. Few scientists can call themselves actual experts in this field, but their products are thus known to be beautiful and everlasting.

These models are known for durability and obedience, similar to a service Synthetic, though lacking in emotion, making the perfect military dogs. Thus, early in their production, the rights of owner

Society[edit]

These androids are never relinquished by masters or controllers unless they have broken beyond repair. Most of them are owned eternally and used forever for the usual purposes of the military. None have yet reached the point of sentience in freedom to build their own colony, seeing as their numbers would be too few anyway. Runaway or rogue androids are to be destroyed, dismantled and repurposed, though, as previously stated, none of the products have ever displayed such erratic behavior.

Android Traits[edit]

Ability Score Increase. Your Strength increases by 2, Dexterity by 1 and Constitution by 1.
Age. Androids can be fashioned to resemble any age from creation. After that, they require little maintenance and can function virtually forever until they are destroyed or interfered with.
Alignment. Androids rarely have a sense of self and so know not good or evil. They instead are mostly lawful neutral, always abstaining judgement and deferring to their makers.
Size. Androids of this make are usually for battle purposes and so are on the higher range of human sizes, from 5 and a half to nearly 7 feet.
Speed. Your base walking speed is 30 feet
Infravision. You can effectively see in the dark. Refer to Darkvision: You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can't discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Durable Make. You have an extra 4 hit points upon starting out. You gain an additional 4 hit points per level, regardless of class. Your carrying capacity also doubles
Living Construct. You are immune to biological disease and infection, as well as poison and radiation damage. You do not require air, food, water or sleep. When reduced to 0 hit points, you can only be restored by an appropriate ability check. Also, instead of sleep, you enter a mode of low power for 4 hours and remain aware of your surroundings. Your body's material can restore itself as per how a normal creature can use hit dice to restore hit points during short rests.
Battle Chassis. Your fists deal 2D4 bludgeoning damage. This damage increases by 1D4 every 5 levels.
Built to Serve. Regardless of alignment, you are inherently programmed to protect friendly civilians.
Anti-Blade. You are resistant against non-psionic slashing damage.
Languages. one of the manufacturer's choice, English and Tradespeak
