From D&D Wiki
Huge beast, unaligned
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.
Paradise Smile. The troquantary bares its highly reflective teeth. Each creature within 20 feet of the troquantary must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 1d4 radiant damage and becoming blinded on a failed save. The blinding lasts for two rounds, but the affected creature can retry their save at the end of their turns.
Troquantaries are entities that are typically encountered in Zone 1 Sects constructed by Elsen, specifically appearing within the meat fountain of the sect. It is theorized by visitors and outsiders that, like the tiburce, troquantaries physically cannot live outside of the sects, as they appear nowhere else in the world. They live off of the meat produced by said meat fountain and have teeth covered in an extremely reflective substance similar to mother-of-pearl.
