Brutal Critical. When the totem warrior gets a critical hit, it rolls its weapon's damage dice three times, instead of twice.

Reckless. At the start of its turn, the totem warrior can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls it makes during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

Totem Spirit. The totem warrior has additional traits depending on its spirit animal (see the infobox).

Unarmored Defense. While the totem warrior is wearing no armor, its Armor Class includes its Constitution modifier.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The totem warrior makes two weapon attacks.

Greataxe. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) slashing damage, or 13 (1d12 + 7) slashing damage while raging.

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 2) piercing damage.

BONUS ACTIONS

Rage (Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). The totem warrior enters a rage. The rage lasts for 1 minute or until the totem warrior is incapacitated. While raging, the totem warrior gains the following benefits:

  • The totem warrior has advantage on Strength checks and Strength saving throws.
  • When it makes a melee weapon attack, the totem warrior gains a +3 bonus to the damage roll.
  • The totem warrior has resistance to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage.

Totem warriors are barbarians who have accepted a spirit animal as guide, protector, and inspiration. In battle, a totem warrior's spirit animal fills it with supernatural might, adding magical fuel to its barbaric rage.

Totem Spirit: Each totem warrior has one of several spirit animals, which grant the totem warrior different features when they use their Rage feature.

A bear totem warrior gains the following benefits while raging:
  • The totem warrior has resistance to all damage except psychic damage.
  • Any creature within 5 feet of the totem warrior that is hostile to it has disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than that totem warrior or another bear totem warrior. Creatures that can't see or hear the totem warrior or can't be frightened are immune to this effect.
A bear totem warrior has a challenge rating of 8 (3,900).
An eagle totem warrior gains the following benefits while raging:
  • Opportunity attacks against the totem warrior have disadvantage.
  • The totem warrior can use the Dash action as a bonus action.
  • The totem warrior has a flying speed equal to its walking speed. If the totem warrior ends its turn in the air, it falls if nothing else is holding it aloft.
A wolf totem warrior gains the following benefits while raging:
  • The totem warrior's allies have advantage on attack rolls against hostile creatures within 5 feet of the totem warrior.
  • When the totem warrior hits a Large or smaller creature with a melee weapon attack, it can use a bonus action to knock that creature prone.
