Time Stop Variant (5e Spell)

You briefly stop the flow of time for everyone but yourself. No time passes for other creatures. You take no damage from the attack or spell, you can also move 15 feet and take 1 action, if you make an attack you make it at advantage. After which time starts again.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher when you use your action to attack it deals an additional 1d6 force damage for every level past 3rd.
