As part of an attack (Which can be at some point during a full attack), you plant your foot and gather your chakra up into your Palm. By slamming this attack into an opponent who is no larger than 1 size category bigger than yourself, you deal your normal attack damage, and force the foe to make a Strength check against 10 + 1/2 technician level(Minimum 1) + the technicians Wisdom modifier, or be knocked backwards 10 feet. The technician can choose to let himself slide back 5 feet as well from the force he impacts with.
