Throwing Expert (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: Strength or Dexterity 13 or higher
After extensive practice in precision throwing, you gain the following benefits:

You can add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll when you throw an improvised weapon.
Attacking at long range doesn't impose disadvantage on your thrown weapon attack rolls with weapons that have the thrown property.
When the target of your thrown weapon attack is within the normal throwing range, you gain a +2 bonus to the attack roll and ignore half cover.
