Urnas is an ancient wizard of transmutation, through using transmutation, conjuration, and necromancy the wizard was able to create this ooze creature in the form of an orb. It appears to be a perfectly round orb with a pitch black color except for a single white dot, it has a texture similar to rubber or a slime. This slime has laid dormant for unknown amount of years, waiting to be activated by a weary adventurer.
