Urnas is an ancient wizard of transmutation, through using transmutation, conjuration, and necromancy the wizard was able to create this ooze creature in the form of an orb. It appears to be a perfectly round orb with a pitch black color except for a single white dot, it has a texture similar to rubber or a slime.
