Cursed Energy. Terada has 58 cursed energy he can use to fuel his abilities. All of his cursed energy is replenished at the end of a long rest. Remember to calculate immense and overflowing if you're adding them

Feature Name. A description of what it does, ability scores should be written as follows Strength for strength, Dexterity for dexterity and so on. Condition should be written as poisoned and finally skills like stealth or acrobatics should be written as Stealth.

Brawn/Evasion. When Terada makes a Strength or a Dexterity saving throw, he takes half as much damage on a failure and no damage on success

Cursed Armor. Terada can spend up to cha modifier cursed energy to give himself temporary hit points equal to the cursed energy spent times 5 for 1 minute if the character is level 11 or above then this is 10. Jujutsu can only benefit from this feature again after 1 minute or having his temporary hit points reduced to 0 (No action required). Jujutsu gains damage resistance to innate technique cursed armor damage resistances while cursed armor is active.

Cursed Strikes. Terada can spend up to prof bonus cursed energy when making an Unarmed Strike in order to add 1d8 necrotic damage to his attack per Cursed Energy spent. He can also use this in response to rolling a natural 20 on an attack roll with an unarmed strike instead of beforehand. On a miss, the energy used remains until he hits a target or until 1 minute passes.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. Jujutsu can make two attacks. The number of attacks depends on the level, extra attack at level 5 and extra attack again at level 17

Unarmed Strike. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d4+4 and 1d12 additional necrotic damage

Exorcise As an Action, Terada can automatically destroy a cursed spirit within 30 ft. of you that you can see that has a CR equal to or lower than 2.

Cursed Illusions (4 Cursed Energy). Teradas technique allows him to curse creatures and make them see other people's faces in a distorted way. He is also able to track those you have cursed. As an action for 4 cursed energy, Terada can curse a creature. He must select 1 target within 60 feet of himself. The creature must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failure, the next person they see has a distorted face. Seeing this distortion forces the creature to make an Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, they become confused until the end of their next turn. On a success, they are not affected. After failing, a creature may repeat the saves at the end of their turns if they have 1 level of jujutsu sorcerer or after 1 minute if they do not have any levels, to end the curse. If they pass the first roll, they do not become cursed.

Phase Fist (3 Cursed Energy) As part of making a melee attack, Terada may expend 3 cursed energy to create a duplicate of his weapon. This makes him roll a melee cursed attack roll at disadvantage against a creature within reach, afterwards he can make a melee attack against the same target. If the first attack misses the second attack will be made at advantage, and if the first attack hits the second attack will deal double damage dice on hit.

Blurring (4 Cursed Energy) As an action for 4 cursed energy, Teradas body becomes blurred, shifting and wavering to all who can see him. For 5 rounds, any creature has disadvantage on attack rolls against him. An attacker is immune to this effect if it doesn't rely on sight, as with blindsight, or can see through illusions, as with true sight.

Distorting Disguise (3 Cursed Energy) For 3 cursed energy, Terada makes himself – including his clothing, armor, weapons, and other belongings – look different for 5 hours. The changes wrought by this feature fail to hold up to physical inspection. For example, if Terada uses this technique to add a hat to his outfit, objects pass through the hat, and anyone who touches it would feel nothing or would feel his head and hair. If Terada uses this spell to appear thinner than he is, the hand of someone who reaches out to touch him would bump into him while it was seemingly still in midair. To discern that Terada is disguised, a creature can use its action to inspect your appearance and must succeed on an Intelligence (Investigation) check against Terada's cursed energy save DC.

Curse of Tracking (4 Cursed Technique) When someone is cursed by Terada's Lapse technique he can spend an additional 4 cursed energy to forgo the effects of the illusions but enhance the tracking. Somewhere on the targets body, a mark appears out of sight without their knowledge but they can make a Investigation check against his Cursed Energy DC to become aware of the curse or if someone else points it out, this mark will last for 24 hours and while it’s active Terada will always have a precise location of the target within an increased ranged of his Proficiency Bonus x 100 added to the already 400 ft. At the beginning of each day he can spend double of what he spent the day prior to keep it active for another 24 hours.

If a target does leave the vicinity of his range it isn’t the end, if they return to his vicinity within the 24 hours then the mark becomes active again but cannot extend it into the next day if they are not in range when he does this. Additionally, when this curse becomes active Terada can learn two things about his target such as their hit point maximum, general description of their technique, if they lied when asked a certain question, etc.

Object Distortion (1-16 Cursed Energy) As an action, Terada may choose an object within the range of his lapse technique that you can see to distort its appearance, this may include changing its opacity, luster, visible texture, or its seen value. A creature may attempt to discern the illusion by rolling an investigation check against your cursed energy save DC.

The cost of the technique depends on the size of the targeted object, shown in the chart below:

BONUS ACTIONS

Martial Arts. Whenever Jujutsu makes one unarmed strike on his turn, he can make one unarmed strike as a bonus action.

Cursed Blast of Blows (3 Cursed Energy). Immediately after taking the attack action, Terada can make two unarmed strikes or two weapon attacks.

Cursed Patient Defense (3 Cursed Energy). Terada can take the Dodge action.

Cursed Wind Step (3 Cursed Energy). Terada can take the dash or disengage action as a bonus action on his turn.

Cursed Weapon Enhancement. Terada can spend up to prof cursed energy to add to a melee weapon he is wielding for 1 minute. Whenever he hits a target with the weapon, it takes extra necrotic damage equal to twice the amount spent. He can only use this enhancement again after 1 minute has passed.

Terada Umemura is the leader of the Curse User gang the Boryodantai. Because of his ability to create endless drugs with little cost, he has many connections with the higher ups of Jujutsu Society. This causes Terada to be extremely arrogant and ruthless, as he knows he can get away with a great deal. This NPC is based on the character of the same name from the fanfic JJK Minus One by Plug01 on AO3. Link: https://archiveofourown.org/works/53578576/chapters/135623998
