The vanquished effect is very powerful. It would make sense for it to only affect undead, or at least a favored enemy of the staff. I also believe it could do without the Disguise ability, although I imagine there is some flavorful reason for it in your circumstance. 75.46.34.188 23:57, 4 April 2021 (MDT)

To be honest, I'm not sure how unbalanced this may be. It doesn't deal a lot of damage, and if a higher CR creature does somehow fail the first save by 5, most higher CR creatures have decent constitution saves, and even a 10 has a ~60% chance of succeeding on the second. It's a power word kill that only works on low constitution creatures, and deals middling radiant damage to everyone else. --SwankyPants (talk) 00:05, 5 April 2021 (MDT)
