Regarding the needsbalance template

Hi! I've taken a look at both versions of this class. While I did not go too deep into them, I did see some glaring issues (most of which I've included on the needsbalance template itself) that make the class currently unplayable on any normal game without seriously overshadowing pretty much anything else.

Credit where credit's due, I've noticed that some of the problematic things I saw on the OG version where toned down to reasonable levels here (notably, Coldness in Art, Mastery in purity, Tempest in Pain's damage), which is great to see. While I know nothing of the actual circumstances behind this version, I assume it is still a WIP and will be getting improved on soon enough, at which point the needsbalance template hopefully won't be needed anymore.

Still, for the sake of other users that may stumble upon this class and not notice, I've decided to place the template as a warning anyway. As an alternative, and if this really is a page that's currently being worked on, I'd recommend placing a {{wip}} template of your own to warn unsuspecting travelers.
