Totally broken, looks like the work of an amateur. I suggest looking at a decent homebrewing servers like Team crow for help, there's a good brewer there who goes by the tag of chaos lawyer.

I could agree with amateur, but broken? This seems relatively underpowered to me. Needing to use both of your Channel Divinity to gain that extra speed is kinda weak, to be honest, and 5 blinds per day is nothing. What exactly makes this broken?
