  • Terrier Heritage. 5th edition doesn't have "diminutive" or "fine" size categories. Is the mention of mousefolk and rabbitfolk part of the trait or is it just fluff?
  • Thin Fur... What do you mean "disadvantage in usually hot or cold weather"... disadvantage on what?
  • Tiny Paws. Why mention oversized weapons? It's a homebrew rule, and it already states that Small creatures can't wield them.
  • Sharp and Pointy. You need to explain what bite and claw are. My guess is they are melee weapon attacks. The damage ramps up too quickly. By 18th level, in one turn you can deal 7d8 + 7d6 damage every round, which is way too much. They shouldn't really increase at all, this is a race not a class.
  • Slippery... how would you already have acrobatics? Race is the first thing you pick. And are you trying to describe double proficiency bonus?
  • Arcane Drought. What on earth? What spells would you have apart from class spells? Is this just to restrict magic items or feats that grant spells?
  • Living projectile. The ally presumably needs to use their action. Why does it deal 1d20 force damage? Do you turn into pure magic? Don't use the phrase "per short rest".
  • Loner. This gives advantage too frequently.
  • Hear my cry. Poorly defined. Set a CR limit (CR 1/4?) and creature type (beast) at least.
  • Feral Magic is hardly worth mentioning. This is just a descriptive change which you can apply on-the-fly anyway. It doesn't change the fact that the spells have a V component and you need a hand(paw) free.
  • Hello? These are not cantrips. You need to say how often they can be cast.
