But... some of those "improvised weapons" are actual weapons (and whips are martial weapons). SirSprinkles (talk) 21:11, 15 November 2016 (MST)

"DM should rule upon other weapons with similar characteristics(i.e., attainable and cause no more than 1d4 damage) that are not on the weapons table(e.g., pitchfork, pickaxes, knifes, etc)." This really shouldn't be stated in a feat. That's why I replaced that text with improvised weapon proficiency. Is that what you are talking about? Or were you just referring to the flavor text? The flavour text is what I was referring to. It seemed a little out of place to call actual weapons "improvised weapons", and even more so considering that it mentions "mastering" those weapons and doesn't even imply gaining proficiency anywhere else. Also, the name implies some kind of benefit when dealing with slaves or servants, yet the feat itself plays out like some kind of improvised weapon master. SirSprinkles (talk) 21:34, 15 November 2016 (MST)

Yeah, that's what I thought at first too when I read the name. It should probably be changed. Maybe like "Mobster" or something, since it has to do with common weapons villagers, farmers, and I guess slaves would use. --Carcabob (talk) 15:03, 16 November 2016 (MST)
