My first thoughts are that the benefit should last 1 minute, and that disallowing attacks is a bit sucky (especially if its also using up a charge). If you want to keep the "can't attack" clause (is the idea that you are doing a sort of total defense?) then we can possibly increase the defense to immunity to damage from nonmagical weapons.
