Talk:Shadowguard's Tower Shield (3.5e Equipment)

What purpose does the intangibility power serve? I understand why you'd want a hands-free +6 shield bonus, but why would you want a shield that things can pass through? An archer doesn't need to shoot through his planted tower shield while using it for cover, he can shoot from behind it. I can't think of anyone who benefits from a shield that things can pass through, be it one round or not. Atypicaloracle 03:33, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
