Hi, creator of the spell here.

Sorry if I'm responding to this incorrectly, I'm unfamiliar with how talk pages work. But this spell does not actually benefit from the use of an implement. Should I mention that somewhere on the page? Deathfilled (talk) 05:42, 20 October 2015 (MDT)

I've added in the implement keyword.

To make room, I decided to remove the fire damage type and keyword, and have that option of the attack do only radiant damage.
