Talk:Keyblade Wielder (5e Class)

The edits made by user 2605:6001:E009:E800:A822:4FC1:327E:E64C had essentially broken the class, as such I had to revert most if not all the changes they had performed.

1. a d8 instead of a d10 is to much as this class is comparable to a sword mage or rougue.

2. costume kits do no exist.

3. No offical class gives three proficiency, for obvious balance purposes.

4. the dice need to maintain a steady and reasonable increment, d12 is to high. especially for the number of d12 you roll later on.

5. Commands points are heavily influenced by ki points, which again is an already balanced mechanic due to them being restored on a short rest.

6. A definition for a key blade must be had, that is why it allows you to select a weapon from the players handbook.

7. Optional is not necessary for it to overcome resistance.

8. Wind cutter and spark raid are based off the ranger feature of similar capabilities

9. For key armor to have resistance to all damages but physic would undermine the barbarian

10. They penalty for the glider is necessary as it is essentially a powerful free mount and need some sort of disadvantage.

11. Finally the edits to Master form were to overpowered. This feature completley overshadows yje fighter. Not even a fighter can perform 6 attacks in one turn as even action surge can only be used once per turn

Yeah I spotted that but you beat me to the undo :) Marasmusine (talk) 09:53, 8 March 2017 (UTC)

I've been thinking of adding a new feature to the class know as Summons, were you'll need a strong postive bond with a creature and a trinket from that creature with a very strong sentimental value. This is to mimic the Simmons you can get in kingdom hearts 1.

I've also been thinking of editing second chance as such;" while at 1 hit point you score a critical on a 19, minus 1 for each time you use second chance after the first to remain at 1 hit point, and 20... the DC resets to 10 after a long rest as does the critical reduction."( It could be worded better) --RedGXD (talk) 16:00, 27 March 2017 (UTC)

Should I increase Master Forms Command point regain from 1 to 2, it may be underwhelming to only recover 1. Also should I remove stun edge from valor and make reckless attack a Command? --RedGXD (talk) 21:50, 30 July 2018 (MDT)

So... Can this class use spell slots without command points, or what? It doesn't say.

A:To answer the question above, if you are referring to the sub features that cast spells then the answer is no. I took heavy inspiration from monk who have similar ablities and mechanics. A feature or, in this case, a sub feature allow you to cast a spell after meeting the requirments.
