So I have to say, I didn't use either of the metrics in the guide for race design, because I designed the race and did my best to balance it before considering putting it onto any sort of wiki. The metric I used was by Tyler Kamstra and published by DMs Guild in the book Monstrous Races, where a guideline/goal is to achieve 8-10 build points for the race. I will however try to compare the standards in that guide to the ones used in your Marasmusine Meter and Musicus Meter. I will hereby refer to the guidelines I used as the Kamstra meter.

In the Kamstra meter, the Creature type is considered first. The Construct type is worth 1 BP and grants the trance ability. In the Musicus meter that would be comparable to Trance and Living Construct, for a sum 1.5 points. In the Maramusine meter, I assume it would be worth 1 point.

Next is creature size, Tiny in this case. Tiny is worth -1.5 BP in the Kamstra meter, and comes with 20 foot move and limitations to carry limit. In Musicus, it is -2 points, and Maramusine does not mention Tiny size - we'll say it's 2 points, like Large is assumed to be.

Thirdly, the Kamstra meter considers ability scores. This race has a -2 to str, which is -1 BP, and then different increases based on subrace. Puppeteer and Dummy both have two +1 fixed scores, which are worth 1 BP each for 2 BP, and Silent Stalker has a +2 fixed score, which is also 2 BP. The Musicus says decreases have no score, and the increases are below baseline, so we use the baseline score of 3. Maramusine does have scores for abilities below baseline, which are -0.5 points for both cases.

Kamstra meter then considers sight, if there's any extra, such as darkvision. One subrace has 60 feet of darkvision, which is 2 BP for that subrace. It also considers movement - +0.5 BP for each extra 5 feet. We have 30 feet of move, for 10 over the size default, which is 1 BP. Musicus gives 0.5 for darkvision and 1 for movement, while Maramusine gives 1 for darkvision and does not score faster move speeds.

For traits, this is what I broke everything down in the main race and subraces as described in the Kamstra meter: Language (common + 1 choice) = 0.5BP, Poison Resilience = 1 BP, Sleep Immunity = 1BP, False Appearance = 0.5 BP, Body Exchange (calculated as an innate spell) = 3.5 BP, Stealth Proficiency = 0.5 BP, Fast Movement = 1 BP, Innate Spellcasting (Eldritch blast) = 0.5 BP, Psychic Assault = 1BP, Frightened and Charmed immunity = 2 BP. Overall, this meant that the main race had 2.5 BP, and when you added the subraces, you got +5.5 (7) BP for the Puppeteer, +5.5 (7) for Silent Stalker, and +5.5 (7) for Dummy. Wait, those are all the same score, what a coincidence, it was like I designed it that way.

The Musicus rating would be 3.5 before subraces (not counting ability scores), and the total for each subrace would be Puppeteer 6.5 (ranking body swap at 3 points), Silent Stalker 5.5, and Dummy (counting the two immunities as 1 point together, and psychic assault as 1.5) is 6.5; the Maramusine rating would be 2.5 before subracial traits, giving Puppeteer 4.5 points (2 points for bodyswap), Silent Stalker 5.5 (1 for skill, 1 for darkvision, 1 for fast movement), and Dummy 5 (0.5 for cantrip, 1 for psychic assault, 1 for two narrow immunities).

In the Kamstra meter, 8-10 points is the goal, with 7 points being considered low, possibly too weak for many players. The Musicus score of 5.5-6.5 is on par with dragonborn, orcs, halflings, and similar. The Maramusine score of 4.5 to 5.5 is considerably higher than most core races, which range between 4 and 4.5.
