Armor (Cloak), Uncommon (Requires attunement by a creature with 14 Dexterity)

Imbued with the power of ancient air elementals known as sylphs, these green cloaks give an attuned user some minor, beneficial control of wind.

Lighter Than A Feather. When falling, the distance necessary to fall for each die of damage is tripled. You can use Dexterity to determine distance when jumping, and can jump twice as far.
