Swift Executioner of the Night and Sky

Prerequisites: A permanent flying speed, Dexterity 13 or higher.
As one who moves through the air with such purpose you've learned to put work into your speeds. You can now dash or disengage as a bonus action while flying. You can deal an additional 1d4 weapon damage whenever you make a melee weapon attack after moving at least half your fly speed in a straight line towards your target.
