Static Saunter (5e Feat)

Prerequisites: 13 Dex, the ability to cast at least one spell
You streak across the battlefield as if pure electricity. You can harness magical lightning energies through your speed and agility.
- Increase your Dexterity score by +1, up to a maximum 20.
- Increase your movement speed by 10 feet.
- As you move, you generate Static charges. Every 20 feet you move, you build a Static charge. (You must pass through at least 4 unique spaces on your turn to generate Static). As a bonus action, you can expend all of your Static to emit an aura of lightning around yourself in a 5 foot radius or 10 foot line, dealing 1 damage for every charge expended. You may only have Static charges up to triple your character level.
