The stars stare down on the world, watching humanity freak out over trivial things like, oh, a volcano erupting and taking out an entire city. Only sometimes are they tempted to interfere. With this spell, you make them interfere in the way of a 10x10ft perfectly vertical column of bright energy that does 3d12 radiant damage to anything in its path, flying, swimming or other.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 9th level, increase the area by another 10x10ft and the damage by 1d12.
