GodSpark

Prerequisites: Single-use, level 20, Explosion class only. DM permission required.

Trigger: “The Spark of the End”

You may only activate this when all of the following are true:

  • The World is Ending for You: You are at 0 HP but still conscious through sheer will, or you are about to take a fatal blow.
  • The Flame Demands Blood: At least two allies have fallen, or(and) the enemy is a creature of legendary or divine status.
  • You Speak the Rite of Detonation: You utter a phrase bound to your soul—words only you could speak. (This is personal to you; the DM and you agree on it beforehand.)
  • You Sacrifice What Makes You Mortal: To ignite the Godspark, you must pay one of the following prices:

- Burn the Heart – Permanently lose 2 Constitution.

- Burn the Soul – Lose 5 character levels after the fight (down to 15).

Only once all of these conditions are met can you trigger your transformation.

Transformation: “Form of the Living Cataclysm” (1 minute, no concentration)

When you transform, describe how your body becomes a conduit of divine flame, powered by rage, sacrifice, and grief.

For the next 60 seconds (10 rounds):

  • Your size increases to Large, and you radiate fire and force out to 30 feet.
  • You gain temporary HP = 100.
  • You gain resistance to all damage, and immunity to fire and force.
  • Your Explosion abilities deal max damage and now ignore immunity and resistance.
  • You gain a new action:

Nova Pulse – once per round, every creature within 30 ft takes 6d12 fire + 6d12 force damage, Dex save (DC = 8 + Con mod + Proficiency) for half.

  • Cluster Nuke becomes a free action, once per turn. You can use it each round.
  • You gain Legendary Resistance (3/day) and Legendary Actions (2/round):
  • Explosion Dash – Move 60 ft and deal 4d10 fire to all you pass.
  • Detonate Touch – Make one melee attack that auto-hits for 8d10 fire.
  • Burn the Sky – Create a 60-ft radius of burning air; creatures inside can’t fly and take 3d10 fire.

Aftermath: “The Ashes Remain”

At the end of the minute:

  • You fall to 0 HP, unconscious and dying.
  • You suffer 2 failed death saves immediately – you will die unless revived or saved that round.
  • If you survive, you gain:
  • Permanent Scars – Visibly burnt veins, glowing eyes, skin cracked like magma.
  • Exhaustion level 5.
  • You lose all class features above level 10 for the next 7 days.
  • Your explosions become unstable; until fully recovered, you roll a d6 on each Explosion ability. On a 1, it misfires and you take full

damage.

Once Used…

  • This can never be used again unless you are reborn, wished upon by a god, or sacrificed in a mythic ritual.
  • The world remembers what happened. You are now a myth.

Optional Title (DM May Grant):

After using this, your character may gain a title like:

  • Child of Detonation
  • The Living Cataclysm
  • The Emberborn God
  • Ashwrought Flame
  • The One Who Ignited the End
