Some mages wish to know their servants and creations' location and be able to command them wherever they might be.

A level 11 Wizard wish's for more control over a Iron Golem he has control over, he then performs the ritual to become Soul Linked with the Iron Golem and can now give it commands and knows where it is as long as it is on the same plane as the wizard, the Iron Golem as apart of the processes gains some demonic features and a brand to show it is now Soul Linked

Creating a Soul Linked[edit]

This is an acquired template that can be applied to any creature referred to hereafter as the base creature. The process to add this template requires the ability to cast 5th level arcane spells, the Craft Wondrous Item Feat and 1000 GP and 100 EXP and 1 day per HD of the target creature. Once this processes is complete the creature that completed the process is referred to hereafter as the Master and the creature who acquired the template is referred to hereafter as the Servant, a Master can a total HD of servants up to twice his HD

Special Qualities[edit]

(EA) Soul Link: The Master and any Servants that the Master controls are always under the effect of the mindlink spell and empathic link with each other with unlimited range. This effect cannot be dispelled or suppressed and is an extraordinary ability. The emphatic link partially transfers emotions, sensations and allows the master to know more or less what his servants are doing, the servants don't have this link to the master unless he allows his servants, however servants have a link between each other as long as they are under the same master

(SU) Lifelink: As long as the Master and Servant are within 60 feet of each other the servant can take damage for the master and vice versa, this is a free action when the damage occurs but can only be done once per round, with the ability refreshing at the start of the creatures turn

(SU) Soulbound: If the Master dies then all Soul Linked Creatures die unless the Servants HD is equal or more than the Master's if the Master is revived then the servants remain dead, however if the servant dies then the master can revive the servant by spending 100GP per servant HD to revive as if the Revivify spell had been cast on them (treat the dead servant as if they had just died for the purpose of this spell)
