Oblivious. The slowbro is immune to any effect that would sense its emotions or read its thoughts, and divination spells.

Own Tempo. The slowbro has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Regeneration. The slowbro regains 5 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.

Pain Focus. While at full health, the slowbro automatically fails all Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma ability checks and saving throws, and its spell attack rolls automatically miss.

ACTIONS

Water Pulse. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Strength saving throw or be pushed back 10 feet.

Psybeam. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, range 60/180 ft., one creature. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) psychic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 18 Intelligence saving throw or be stunned until the end of its next turn.

Disable. The slowbro targets one creature within 60 ft. of it that it can see. That creature must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or have disadvantage on all attack rolls for 1 minute. A creature can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on a success.
