Skull of the Last Warchief (5e Equipment)

From D&D Wiki

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

This horrifying mask is usually found on the last remaining orc of a tribe or in the possession of an orc who killed its previous warchief. As its namesake suggests, the mask is made of the skull of an orc warchief that undergoes an ancient and sacred ritual, giving it the power to make anyone near it flee once they see it.

While wearing the mask, you gain advantage on all Charisma (Intimidation) skill checks you make. Additionally, you gain a bonus to Charisma (Intimidation) skill checks you make equal to your proficiency bonus. Finally, you can cast the earth tremor spell once at the 1st level without using a spell slot and without material components. You regain the ability to cast it this way when you finish a long rest.

Curse. This item is cursed, a fact that is only revealed when an identify spell is cast on it or you attune to it. Attuning to it curses you until you are targeted by the remove curse spell or similar magic; removing the mask fails to end the curse. While you are cursed, you have disadvantage on all Charisma (Persuasion) skill checks you make.
