Wondrous item, Artifact (requires attunement) While wearing this one long crystal lenses goggle, you can learn skills and feats of other creatures. Scan. While wearing this goggles, you may use an action to study a creature within 60 feet of you. You gain information about the feats which the creature has. Save. The goggles can save up to three feats at once. Learn. While wearing this goggles, you can gain one of the feats which you had Saved during a long rest. You can learn a certain feat only if you meet the requirements. You can only learn feats this way equal to the number of your Wisdom Modifer (Minimum of 1). After the you gain a feat this way, the your Wisdom decrease by 1. |
