Spider Climb. The skeleton can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) slashing damage.

A clacking skeleton is a small group of bones formed and gathered to take shape by a twisted necromancer. The creature itself is poorly constructed, if such a word even fits, to the point that it would make a clacking sound every time it walks.
